So those who are disciplined will not jump and therefore will not fall. Simple? However those who are not, will and could NOT fall - this time! However the more regularly they jump the much more likely they are to fall. It’s chances.



So how can we link them? Well, I think that the RULES or procedures we apply must make sense to the people who may rely on them. This means that a) we should write, or else communicate the guidelines with techniques (and languages) that our workers will understand about the things which will hurt them and b) the rules need to be simple, straightforward and simple to apply From the EMPLOYEES. It’s not good asking them to read the HSE Act is it?. K.I.S.S.
